Pride at the Planetarium (BCIT)

Join us for an enchanting evening under the cosmos, celebrating the beauty of space and the diversity of our queer community. Accessibility
The planetarium is not wheelchair accessible. Please note that there are 20 steps with a landing in the middle leading to the planetarium, there is no elevator access.

Seating
There is a mix of seating options. There are 26 stationary chairs, and 6 high backed chairs, the rest of the seating is the beanbag chairs and a few long cushions.

Lights
There are no strobing lights in the event

Washrooms
No washrooms in the planetarium. Washrooms on the main floor are divided by gender, but both of them have a separate single stall. Gender neutral, and accessible washroom located outside the gendered washroom, however, it is attached to the vestibule of the gendered washroom. There are two additional gender neutral washroom one floor up as well.

Closest parking at BCIT for Building SW3: Lot V3 (Roper Ave)
Pay by Phone or Pay Station (Credit Card only) at $3.60 an hour.
