The Burnaby Pride Street Party celebrates the diversity of the local LGBTQIA2S+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex, Asexual/Aromantic, Two-Spirit, others) community in Burnaby. Please note that our priority in providing booth space is for organizations that actively support the LGBTQIA2S+ community, either through targeted service delivery, policy change, or advocacy.

If your organization is giving away swag or promotional items, we strongly urge your organization to consider the environmental impact of those items. Where possible, please avoid single-use plastics and other items that will likely end up in the landfill, and prioritize items that are environmentally-friendly. Get creative!

Organizations are expected to attend the full duration of the event. Booth set-up begins at 10:00am, and booths must be fully set-up by 11:45am. The event runs from 12:00pm – 4:00pm. Clean-up begins at 4:15pm.

Tables, tents, and chairs can be provided where needed. Please bring your own signage and table covers.

Burnaby Pride cannot store any displays or equipment. Please arrange for drop-off and pick-up on event day only.

Access to power must be requested in the form below. Please bring your own extension cords.
